Where do we ship to?

We currently only ship to Australia. We use Australia Post for deliveries.

Shipping Rates

A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders sent by usual post. A flat $15 rate for express shipping.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure your delivery address is fully completed and accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking

Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damage

If the contents of your package are damaged when you received it, please contact us at whistlingtreebm@gmail.com

Please note, our ingredients include waxes and butters, there is a chance they may soften or melt during transit or on reaching your destination.  

Order cancellation/modification

Once you have placed your order, we work quickly to get your order to you. It may not be possible to cancel, change or modify your order or the shipping address. Please check your order carefully before checking out.
