Refunds & Returns

If you purchased a product from us and it has a major problem, please contact us at  whistlingtreebm@gmail.com and we will provide a refund or exchange.

A major problem is when the item: 

-          has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;

-          is unsafe;

-          is significantly different from the sample or description;

-          doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Order cancellation/modification

Once you have placed your order, we work quickly to get your order to you. It may not be possible to cancel, change or modify your order or the shipping address. Please check your order carefully before checking out.
